We love love love Sushi. For Sophs Birthday we went to a Sushi bar and ever since we have been craving it so. we made our own super clean Sushi.

Serving size: 2
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1 lime
20g fresh chilli
50g fresh salmon fillet
100g fresh tuna steak
100g shrimp/ prawns
80g uncooked sticky rice
100g cucumber chopped
50g mashed avocado
4 sheets Nori paper
Sushi rolling board
10ml tamari for dipping sauce

Boil sticky rice in 300ml water. Keep stirring ensuring it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Marinate salmon, tuna and prawns in 1 lime, chilli and 1 tsp hemp oil – keep in fridge whilst rice is cooking. Once rice is cooked stir in 1 tsp tamari and 1 tsp stevia. Add the rice to a bowl. Remove fish from the fridge and drain away assess marinade. Chop the salmon and tuna into thin slices ready to serve. Place the nori, fish and rice all onto the table with tamari, cucumber and avocado as extras! Now its time to get creative!
